Return & Refund Policy
At ACG, we strive to make your experience as smooth as possible, from the moment you browse our collections to those rare instances when a purchase isn't quite right. We are committed to delivering a seamless luxury experience as best as possible. Should something not meet your expectations, we are pleased to assist within the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
To maintain the integrity of our collections and fulfillment partnerships, return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving return instructions.
To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from fragrance, deodorant, or makeup marks, and returned in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. SKU labels must remain visible and undamaged.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We also do not accept exchanges of any kind. We strongly encourage reviewing all product descriptions and sizing charts carefully prior to purchase.
ACG reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Items returned without prior authorization may be declined or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error.
Return Authorization & Fulfillment Centres
ACG operates through multiple domestic and international fulfillment centres. For this reason, items must not be sent to the return address listed on the shipping label.
Returns sent to an unauthorized address cannot be processed or refunded.

Include your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and the appropriate return address for your region.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ACG is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We kindly request that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To support your claim, clear photographs of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label are required. For certain functional or technical concerns, a brief video demonstrating the issue may be requested.
Upon review, ACG may offer a replacement, full refund, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion. In some cases, we may determine that a return is not required prior to resolution.
Minor loose threads, slight wrinkles from transit, packaging imperfections, or subtle color variations due to screen settings are not considered defects.
Shipping, Delivery & Non-Receipt Claims
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. ACG is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your parcel, you must first contact your local postal carrier. In certain cases, official non-delivery documentation from the carrier may be required before a claim can be reviewed.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Refused or unclaimed deliveries
- Delays caused by customs clearance
- Packages returned due to failure to retrieve within the carrier’s holding period
Customs duties, taxes, and international return fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, items with broken hygiene seals, custom or made-to-order pieces, personalized items, gift cards, and any product marked as Final Sale.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the transaction. ACG is not responsible for processing delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely fulfillment. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and are not guaranteed.
Orders that have entered processing or shipped status cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure once delivered.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving concerns directly and encourage customers to contact us prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting ACG may delay resolution and result in temporary account restrictions while the claim is investigated. We reserve the right to provide order confirmation, delivery confirmation, correspondence records, and policy documentation to the issuing financial institution in response to disputes.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in refusal of future service.
